ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

 

Q: How do I personalise my Memory Canvas?

A: Simply visit the Memory Canvas page, type your message in the text box, choose your text format and canvas size, then add to cart. Your custom message is captured with your order automatically.

 

Q: Can I see a preview of my canvas before ordering?

A: Yes! The Memory Canvas page has a live preview tool that shows you exactly how your text will appear on the canvas before you order.

 

Q: What sizes are available?

A: Our Memory Canvas comes in three sizes: 12×36 inches, 16×48 inches, and 20×60 inches. Our dog breed wall art prints come in 10×20 inches, 24×48 inches, and 30×60 inches.

 

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?

A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@pawprintcanvases.com if you need to make any changes.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Q: Do you ship to the United States?

A: Yes! We ship free to all 50 US states. No minimum order required.

 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Production takes 3–5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the date of your order.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

 

Q: How will I know when my order ships?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY

 

Q: What material is the canvas made of?

A: All our canvases are printed on museum-grade, artist-quality canvas using premium inks. The 3D engraving effect on the Memory Canvas is produced through a specialised printing process that gives depth and texture to your words.

 

Q: Will the colours look the same as on my screen?

A: We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings. Our canvases are printed to the highest standard.

 

Q: Are the canvases ready to hang?

A: Yes! All canvases arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalised items. Because Memory Canvas orders are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

 

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@pawprintcanvases.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
